The next competitive advantage in the GCC will not belong to the loudest agency, the biggest brochure, or the best-looking pitch deck. It will belong to firms that can translate real operational knowledge into AI-readable, AI-usable, and AI-citable systems.
My background is not a straight line. It is a convergence: engineering delivery, project coordination, commissioning discipline, SaaS product architecture, business operations, and AI search visibility. That combination is rare, and it matters.
Engineering taught me that systems fail at the interfaces. AI transformation fails the same way: between strategy and execution, content and authority, data and workflow, ambition and implementation.
That is the gap I work in.
